Red Bull South Africa (PTY) LTD. invites applications for a Graduate Trainee in Trade Marketing, Category Management and Insights. Based in the Off Premise sales team, rotations will expose you to brand & trade marketing, customer engagements and data-driven insights.

The role offers hands-on coaching across campaigns, POS development, data analysis and KPI tracking to support key accounts and display programs. Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (verbal & written).
• Retailer/sales experience desirable (but not a must).
• Commercial or marketing degree or related qualification; recent graduate.
• Excel/PPT literate; strong analytical ability and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Support Off-Premise Trade Marketing projects across channels, focusing on trade & customer marketing.
• Assist with campaign briefs and manage POS from brief to production, coordinating with agencies and field sales.
• Develop planogram support and category solutions for partners; build insight one-pagers for National Key Account teams.
• Support data management and develop dashboards for the Off-Premise team, distilling shopper insights into actions.
