Job summary

Red Bull seeks a dynamic Graduate Trainee in Cape Town to build capabilities across On Premise POS, digital assets and trade marketing insights. You will work with cross-functional teams, agencies and suppliers to plan, produce and rollout POS with brand standards.

The 12-month program emphasizes hands-on project ownership and data-driven improvements. You will gain experience translating market feedback into practical, scalable solutions, while developing strong commercial and marketing

Qualifications

Commercial or marketing degree or related qualification (recent graduate).
Analytical mindset with ability to work with budgets, trackers and performance information.
Strong communication and coordination skills across internal teams, agencies and suppliers.

Responsibilities

Support the development and planning of the national POS portfolio across On Premise channels.
Assist in creating and localising digital POS and campaign assets and maintaining asset libraries.
Support trade marketing initiatives to strengthen visibility and customer value in priority outlets.
Track POS requests, production, budgets, stock, deployment and execution status using agreed tools.
Translate market feedback and performance data into scalable improvements.
