Are you a mechanical engineering professional with a passion for the automotive industry? Do you have 3-5 years of experience in service management?

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operational Leadership : Oversee the daily operations of the Service Department, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to high-quality standards.
  • Team Management : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Satisfaction : Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and effectively, maintaining the organisation reputation for quality.
  • Performance Monitoring : Manage departmental KPIs, including sales targets, productivity, and cost control, to achieve organizational goals.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance : Ensure all service operations comply with safety regulations and global quality standards.
  • Process Improvement : Analyse service reports and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Educational Background : Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or a related field, preferably a graduate.
  • Professional Experience : 3-5 years of experience in a service management role within the automotive industry, preferably with premium brands.
  • Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of automotive service processes, repairs, and maintenance, with a mechanical engineering perspective.
  • Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical Abilities : Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse data to drive performance improvements.
