Job summary

We are seeking a Graduate Sales Representative with professional working proficiency in Spanish to join our GTM team in Cape Town.

As a Graduate Sales Representative (Spanish Speaker), you will drive renewal strategies, proactively build relationships, deliver business outcomes, mitigate risks and churn, and provide insights.

What you will do

  1. Drive Renewal Strategy – Develop and execute retention strategies as part of the customer success plan for accounts.
  2. Proactively Build Relationships – Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and customers to influence adoption and success.
  3. Supporting Customers – Guide customers to support channels available as part of DigiCert's value proposition.
  4. Deliver Business Outcomes – Define business outcomes and orchestrate success plans aligned with customer priorities, milestones, risks, and metrics.
  5. Mitigate Risk and Churn – Interpret usage data to identify at-risk customers, mitigate churn, and find value optimization opportunities.
  6. Enable Customers – Demonstrate and educate customers on relevant functionalities to increase adoption.
  7. Deliver Insights – Share insights relevant to customers’ workflows and act as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback on their experiences.
  8. Territory: Hispanophone countries

What you will have

  1. Experience managing the full sales cycle (inside or field sales) in the software industry (beneficial).
  2. Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing Management, Sales Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  3. Professional working proficiency in Spanish & English (essential).
  4. Professional working proficiency in Portuguese (beneficial).
  5. Ability to navigate objections and challenges effectively to achieve win-win outcomes and renewals.
  6. Experience in transactional, high-velocity sales.
  7. Excellent time management skills.
  8. Strong collaboration skills with internal operational and account management teams.
  9. Experience leading customer meetings and delivering concise, inspiring, and convincing presentations.
  10. Strong verbal and written presentation skills, with the ability to organize and execute a sales plan.
  11. A curious nature with a desire to learn and a competitive spirit.
  12. Action-oriented mentality—loves to get things done!
