Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with an average pass rate of 65% or higher in Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronic, Industrial, Metallurgical Engineering, Human Resources, or Supply Chain/Logistics
• Applicants completing their studies in 2024 are eligible to apply
• Age requirement: 22 to 28 years

Responsibilities

• Rotate between departments to gain comprehensive exposure
• Complete at least one departmental project per year
• Participate in leadership development, social responsibility, and team-building activities
• Attend leadership talks and regular check-ins with managers
• Fulfill training requirements based on departmental needs
