Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa invites ambitious graduates to join its Next-Generation Graduate Program. This 24-month internship offers practical experience and structured training across Engineering, Human Resources, Operations, Supply Chain and Logistics.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree with an average pass rate of 65% or higher in Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronic, Industrial, Metallurgical Engineering, Human Resources, or Supply Chain/Logistics
Applicants completing their studies in 2024 are eligible to apply
Age requirement: 22 to 28 years
