Premier Fmcg is seeking a proactive Risk Management Specialist to join our Queenstown team. You will identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the organization, developing and embedding risk frameworks, policies, and procedures with several departments to protect assets and reputations.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, 5+ years in risk-related roles, and experience with COSO and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, frameworks (e.g., COSO), and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in risk management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
