Smith+Nephew is seeking a Graduate Reimbursement Administrator in Durban to support the management of medical-scheme reimbursement cases, specifically NPWT and PICO. You will ensure submissions, follow-ups, approvals, invoicing and claims are accurate and timely, with a strong focus on accuracy and process adherence.

The role requires a Life Sciences degree (or related field) and a technical aptitude to interpret clinical reimbursement information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field (Biology, Physiology, Nursing, Business, or Marketing).
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand clinical and reimbursement information.
• A clinical qualification (Nursing or Pharmacy) would be advantageous.
• Exposure to medical-scheme reimbursement or case management is advantageous.
• Strong administration, organisation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
