Our Shorza Recruiter Bootcamp is designed for recent Bachelor’s degree holders who have yet to enter the job market. This in-house 2-week training program aims to identify and nurture motivated individuals for the recruitment industry. Participants undergo practical, real-life training in live resourcing scenarios to enhance their potential and confidence. Upon completion, attendees are ready to onboard with our UK clients.

The Bootcamp covers essential recruitment skills, including UK market practices, recruitment terminology, processes, compliance, LinkedIn optimization, job board usage, communication strategies, negotiation tactics, and time management.

Requirements:

1. No prior work experience is necessary but limited to 3 years for those with experience.
2. Sociable and confident, problem-solving personality.
3. Comfortable with public speaking and networking.
4. Motivated and goal-oriented.
5. Fluent in English with strong writing skills.
6. Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace and familiar with technology and social media.
