Our Shorza Recruiter Bootcamp is designed for recent Bachelor's degree holders who have yet to enter the job market.

This in-house 2-week training program aims to identify and nurture motivated individuals for the recruitment industry.

Participants undergo practical, real-life training in live resourcing scenarios to enhance their potential and confidence.

Upon completion, attendees are ready to onboard with our UK clients. The Bootcamp covers essential recruitment skills, including:

2. Recruitment terminology
3. Processes and compliance
4. LinkedIn optimization
5. Job board usage
6. Communication strategies
7. Negotiation tactics
8. Time management

Requirements:

1. No prior work experience is necessary, but limited to 3 years for those with experience.
2. Sociable and confident, with a problem-solving personality.
3. Comfortable with public speaking and networking.
4. Motivated and goal-oriented.
5. Fluent in English with strong writing skills.
6. Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace and familiar with technology and social media.
