Main purpose of the job

  • Graduate placements provide learners with the opportunity to gain on-the-job exposure in the field of Remuneration & Benefits Administration.
High level job objectives
  • To obtain exposure to learnership Coordination (AETP Recruitment; Onboarding; Central training; Assessment and Moderation; Exiting and Reporting)
  • To receive training on L&D administration (Update and Publish Training Schedule; CRS capturing of training records)
  • Monthly reporting; LMS system administration
  • To gain experience in training course coordination
  • To gain experience in e-learning system administration
  • To gain exposure to the workings of the EE & Skills Forum
  • To gain experience in L&D employee communication writing
Requirements
Qualifications (Essential)
  • Completed a 3-year national qualification in Administration, Human Resources, or Industrial Psychology
Experience
  • No experience required, as it is aimed at unemployed graduates
Knowledge (Desirable)
  • EEA; SDA; PFMA; PPEC and APS Acts
  • SETA and SAQA regulations including Training principles
