Main purpose of the job
- Graduate placements provide learners with the opportunity to gain on-the-job exposure in the field of Remuneration & Benefits Administration.
High level job objectives
- To obtain exposure to learnership Coordination (AETP Recruitment; Onboarding; Central training; Assessment and Moderation; Exiting and Reporting)
- To receive training on L&D administration (Update and Publish Training Schedule; CRS capturing of training records)
- Monthly reporting; LMS system administration
- To gain experience in training course coordination
- To gain experience in e-learning system administration
- To gain exposure to the workings of the EE & Skills Forum
- To gain experience in L&D employee communication writing
Requirements
Qualifications (Essential)
- Completed a 3-year national qualification in Administration, Human Resources, or Industrial Psychology
Experience
- No experience required, as it is aimed at unemployed graduates
Knowledge (Desirable)
- EEA; SDA; PFMA; PPEC and APS Acts
- SETA and SAQA regulations including Training principles
