Job description

Main purpose of the job

  • Graduate placements provide learners with the opportunity to gain on-the job exposure in the field of Creditors Administration.

High level job objectives

  • To obtain exposure on learnership Coordination (AETP Recruitment; Onboarding; Central training; Assessment and Moderation; Exiting and Reporting)
  • To obtain training on L&D administration (Update and Publish Training Schedule; CRS capturing of training records;
  • Monthly reporting; LMS system administration)
  • To gain experience in training course coordination.
  • To gain experience in e-learning system administration.
  • To gain exposure to the workings of the EE & Skills Forum.
  • To gain experience in L&D employee communication writing

Qualifications

(Essential)

  • Completed 3-year national qualification in one of the following fields: Administration or Human Resources or Industrial Psychology

Experience

  • No experience is required since it is aimed at unemployed graduates

Knowledge
