Main purpose of the job
- Graduate placements provide learners with the opportunity to gain on-the job exposure in the field of Creditors Administration.
High level job objectives
- To obtain exposure on learnership Coordination (AETP Recruitment; Onboarding; Central training; Assessment and Moderation; Exiting and Reporting)
- To obtain training on L&D administration (Update and Publish Training Schedule; CRS capturing of training records;
- Monthly reporting; LMS system administration)
- To gain experience in training course coordination.
- To gain experience in e-learning system administration.
- To gain exposure to the workings of the EE & Skills Forum.
- To gain experience in L&D employee communication writing
Requirements
Qualifications
(Essential)
- Completed 3-year national qualification in one of the following fields: Administration or Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
Experience
- No experience is required since it is aimed at unemployed graduates
Knowledge
