Responsibilities

• Assist in client interactions via phone, email, and digital channels under supervision
• Support senior consultants in researching and preparing investment-related information (fund performance, market trends)
• Help respond to basic client queries on products, transactions, and processes
• Participate in training sessions to learn about the firm’s investment philosophy and regulatory requirements
• Shadow experienced consultants to understand client relationship management
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for clients and advisers
• Contribute to process improvements and service excellence initiatives
