Carestem is expanding into real estate and we’re looking for a Graduate Principal Property Practitioner who has recently completed their NQF 5 and PDE 5 and is ready to activate their Principal FFC.

This is a full-time opportunity for a newly qualified professional who wants to step into real responsibility early and grow within a modern, tech-enabled property environment.

What you’ll do

• Support PPRA-aligned operations and ensure smooth compliance
• Review and sign off documents that require a principal’s authorization
• Provide practical guidance on standard sales and rental processes
• Assist intern agents with logbooks, training and professional development
• Contribute ideas as we build a streamlined real‑estate division

What you bring

• NQF 5 + PDE 5
• Eligible for, or already holding, a Principal FFC
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgement
