What will you do?

You will be responsible for inbound and outbound telephonic communication with our client base. Your role is to ensure exceptional service quality, build constructive relationships, and accurately utilize our IT systems to address client queries. You will refer calls to appropriate departments when necessary, handle complex queries involving payment amendments, and provide accurate product information following our standards and protocols. Supervisory responsibilities may also be part of your role.

Key Outcomes:

  • Deliver the highest level of client service to all clients, including internal teams, IFAs, and investors.
  • Assist clients with investment administration queries.
  • Provide investment and product information to IFAs and investors.
  • Participate in ad-hoc client service projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Matric / Grade 12 including Pure Mathematics.
  • A relevant financial degree or qualification.
  • 1 year of experience in finance or investment industry is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Additional Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma or Grade 12 with 3 to 5 years of related experience.
