About The Role
Based on-site in Centurion, this role is ideal for a recent engineering graduate with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to help shape the future of defence solutions on an international scale.
As a Client Solutions & Development Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in driving the company’s long-term sustainable growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging with high-level clients, and collaborating across technical, compliance, and marketing teams to develop tailored solutions that meet global defence needs.
This is not a traditional sales role — it’s a strategic and technical position designed for a sharp, well-presented, and ambitious individual ready to bridge the gap between engineering, strategy, and client needs in a high-stakes international industry.

Duties And Responsibilities
Research and analyse market trends to identify and anticipate potential opportunities for growth internationally.
Contact potential clients to establish a network and arrange meetings.
Build and maintain high level relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs.
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry-related events.
Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
Work with engineering teams to tailor products or services that meet client specifications within various international countries.
Create and present proposals that demonstrate the value of the company’s offerings.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on both the company and client satisfaction and financial feasibility
Prepare contracts once clients have committed to a product or service whilst ensuring compliance to law-established rules and guidelines to remain compliant with relevant legislation.
Coordinate with marketing, compliance and technical teams to ensure alignment in strategy and execution with all projects.
Initiation, project planning, implementation and monitoring to closure of new projects from conception to delivery.
Providing trustworthy feedback and after-project closure support to clients once the product or service has been delivered.

Must be willing to travel internationally.
