Responsibilities

• Collate design documents and drawings.
• Attend project handover meetings.
• Evaluate value engineering or cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare coordinated drawings covering mechanical, electrical, sprinkler, structural and architectural elements.
• Review project design specs and drawings; assess compliance of submittals.
• Assist in weekly progress reports and technical submittals.
• Handle RFIs with design team.
• Support document control and risk assessments.
• Organise and supervise subcontractors.
• Assist in quality control and snagging of P&ID and layouts.
