Overview

Vacancy: IR/HR Consultant (Graduate). Location: Pinetown, KZN. A growing Business Consulting company is seeking a young and vibrant IR Consultant to join their team.

The successful candidate will be well spoken and well presented with a professional outlook and the ability to interact with clients face-to-face, telephonically and electronically. It is extremely important to be fluent in English as most client interactions require English communication.

You will be office bound during training and accompany your mentor from time to time to client sites until you are well versed to take on your own clients - at which point you will travel to sites using the company allocated vehicle.

Qualifications

• MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
  - COMPLETED DEGREE OR HIGHER
• EE MALE CANDIDATE (A,C,I) due to EE Targets
• Current residence: KZN
• Valid DRIVERS LICENSE

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients face-to-face, telephonically and electronically; ensure professional communication in English.
• Attend training office-based, with mentorship, and progress to taking on own clients.
• Travel to client sites using the company allocated vehicle when assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting salary is R11 000 per month. Pay range listed: R10 000–R11 000 per month.
