• Organize, classify, and manage digital and physical information resources
• Conduct research and retrieve data from databases, archives, and online sources
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in line with company policies
• Assist in developing and maintaining information management systems
• Provide support in cataloging, indexing, and metadata tagging
• Collaborate with teams to deliver timely and relevant information
• Stay updated on emerging trends in information science and technology
• Train staff on information retrieval tools and best practices (if required)
