What will you be doing?
We have an exciting learning opportunity for a Graduate: Food Safety, which will include exposure, understanding and application of the following:
- Assist with maintaining food safety certifications and audit requirements, including FSSC 22000, export accreditation, FSA, IBL, RSPO, and other regulatory standards.
- Participate in external audits and support the execution of internal food safety and quality audits.
- Maintain audit trackers and monitor compliance with Food Safety Management System requirements.
- Assist in reviewing, updating, and controlling food safety policies, procedures, forms, and related documentation.
- Support HACCP reviews, including hazard analyses, process flow diagrams, CCPs, OPRPs, and food safety risk assessments.
- Review CCP monitoring, verification, and validation records to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Coordinate food safety meetings, maintain records and minutes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage document control processes, including master indexes, amendment registers, and distribution of updated food safety documentation.

- Grade 12
- BSC or National Diploma in Food Technology

- Required to work a 5-day week & overtime as required.
