• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or a related quantitative field.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial accounting, and investment principles.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and financial modeling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, and investment recommendations.
• Conduct in-depth market research and industry analysis to support deal sourcing and execution.
• Prepare client-facing presentations and pitch books for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
• Support the due diligence process for various transactions.
• Analyze financial statements and KPIs of target companies.
• Monitor economic and market trends relevant to the firm's investment strategies.
• Collaborate with senior bankers on transaction execution and client relationship management.
