Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and corporate finance concepts.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a demonstrated ability in financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial models and valuation analyses for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and industry analysis to support client engagements.
• Gather and synthesize financial data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and other transaction-related materials.
• Support deal teams in due diligence processes and transaction execution.
• Monitor market trends and economic indicators relevant to the firm’s business.
• Assist in the development of financial forecasts and strategic recommendations.
• Maintain and update databases of company and financial information.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and associates on various projects.
