As an Engineering Graduate, you will be an integral part of the engineering team at our plants. You will have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to real-world industrial challenges, support plant operations, and help drive improvements in equipment reliability, performance, and efficiency. Key Accountabilities and Outputs

• Support the operation, maintenance, and improvement of mechanical and electrical systems in the plant.
• Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new mechanical and electrical equipment and machinery.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on project-based work, including plant upgrades, efficiency enhancements, and safety initiatives.
• Analyze data and assist in the development of reports for performance analysis and process optimization.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of preventative maintenance schedules.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and contribute ideas to enhance plant processes, reduce downtime, and improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in all aspects of plant operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (BENG).
• Strong theoretical knowledge in mechanical design, thermodynamics, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on experience (internships, projects, etc.) in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage.
• A strong interest in plant engineering, process optimization, and maintenance activities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
