The Games Global Graduate Programme provides 12 months of valuable on-the-job training to graduates who are eager to initiate their careers within the IT industry. Responsibilities

As a Graduate Developer, you will immerse yourself into a year-long journey, getting hands-on experience with the core functions of a Developer at Games Global. You will have the opportunity to apply your technical skills while accessing comprehensive training and development.

A typical day to day for a developer includes working on the following:

  • Active Project Involvement: Contribute to active development projects in the pre-production stages, maintain products in production, and execute bug fixes.
  • Internal Initiatives: Participate in various projects catering to internal requirements.
  • Skill Enhancement: Upskill yourself on state-of-the-art tools and technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Exclusive Games: Collaborate on exclusive gaming projects, putting your creativity and technical prowess to use.
  • Implementation & Learning: Implement cutting-edge technologies and engage in a continuous learning process.
  • Efficiency Improvement Projects: Work on projects aimed at increasing delivery speeds and enhancing the quality of game production.
  • Assist in Tool Development: Participate in creating in-house tools that will augment firm-wide operational efficiency.
  • Estimations & Planning: You may participate in the planning process and develop estimates for project timelines and resources needed.
