Legends Employer of Record is assisting a premier UK boutique debt advisory firm by recruiting a Graduate Analyst in Cape Town. The role supports deal execution, financial modelling, and client liaison for UK, US and European mid-market transactions.

You will analyse client financials, build credit models, and coordinate with lenders while developing long-term relationships post-transaction. The position offers hybrid work and strong bonus potential.

• Deal Execution & Pitching: Assist deal leads from engagement to closing, building pitch materials, hosting meetings, and keeping transactions on track.
• Financial Analysis & Modelling: Analyse client financials, build credit models, and prepare deal sheets for global banks and private credit lenders.
• Client & Lender Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between clients and credit institutions, managing data rooms, Q&A, and transaction updates.
• Portfolio Management: Build long‑term client relationships post‑transaction to unlock ongoing advisory opportunities.

Salary: R25,000pm + quarterly & annual bonuses
