Job description

• The daily running of a site in liaison with the Operations Manager
• Attain and maintain a professional site standard;
• Building and maintaining relationships with the client;
• Management of staff including recruitment induction performance management
• Training and development;
• Responsible for all industrial relations and Health & Safety on site
• Report Writing Monthly reports and incident reports
• Creating site rosters;
• After hours site visits compulsory;
• Staffing ensure site is covered as per contractual obligations
• Grade 12 & Computer Literacy;
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification;
• Must reside in Cape Town;
• Minimum 3 years management experience in health sector (hospital);
• Professional individual who can provide and maintain high service and quality standards;
• Proven track record in the security industry / Customer Orientated;
• Drivers license and own reliable vehicle;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English);
• Clear criminal record ;
• Ability to work efficiently and under pressure;
• Grade A PSIRA Certification;
• Own cell phone;
• Risk report writing critical;
• Driving the Operations strategy daily
