Position: Pre-Primary Educator

Purpose: To create stimulating learning experiences that promote individual talents and prepare children for formal schooling, focusing on personal, physical, and psycho-social development.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Post-matric certificate (NQF level 5) in ECD or an undergraduate degree (NQF level 6) in ECD or Foundation Phase B. Education.
• PGCE required if the degree is in Psychology or similar field.
• SACE certification and police clearance are mandatory.
• 2-5 years of teaching experience.
• Computer literacy and digital skills.
• First Aid certification.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with global education trends.
• Strong planning, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with professional presentation.
• Ability to manage professional relationships maturely and with high emotional intelligence.
• Effective time management skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
