Requirements
- A suitable professional qualification and appropriate educational experience, particularly in Girls’ Education
- Extensive experience in managing transformation and diversity matters
- Experience in facilitating student leadership and girl empowerment programmes
- Understanding of pastoral care, socio-emotional, and discipline issues facing girls
- Ability to foster and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
- Knowledge of social, emotional learning (SEL) curriculum; teaching senior subjects in Intermediate and/or Senior phase is advantageous
- Progressive understanding of the South African curriculum and international education trends; willingness to teach
- Experience in integrating Girls’ Education into curriculum, Arts & Culture, and Extramural Programmes
- Understanding of budget management and financial planning
- Strong organisational, managerial, administrative, and communication skills
- Previous leadership experience in an ISASA school is advantageous
- Proof of registration with SACE and a sexual offender’s clearance certificate
- Commitment to the school's ethos, co-curricular activities, and pastoral approach
- Willingness to work within the Methodist Church-based ethos of the College
