Governance and Certification Office Graduate
We're your dream legal team! In this role you will gain exposure to three core areas: Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) & Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG), Information Governance, and Technical / IT Audit.

What you'll do

1. Providing support to the ARC team with governance and project administration for the ARC program including:
1. Management and monitoring of ARC projects
2. Management and monitoring of governance controls
3. Document library management and maintenance of standards, policies and procedures
4. Assist in carrying out Enterprise Risk management processes, policy and process updates and reviews, control monitoring, regular collection of material risk data for oversight reporting
5. Supporting ARC in the delivery of sustainability governance and regular reporting of ESG related risks
6. Supporting the Information Governance program
7. Liaising with subject matter experts throughout the business along with external stakeholders
8. Assisting in the control evaluation for external technical audits
9. Monitoring vulnerabilities within the organisation for various certification programs

What you'll bring

1. Basic understanding of Risk management, Environmental, Social, Governance and UN sustainability goals
2. Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and problem solve, with good attention to detail
3. Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment with changing and competing priorities
4. Ability to manage and prioritize objectives with overlapping time constraints
5. Ability to work independently and as a team member
6. A degree / experience in one of the following areas: IT / technical audit, risk management, accounting, corporate governance and compliance, project management, business administration
