We’re on the lookout for a top-notch Gorgias Technical Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

This role involves handling Email, Data Analysis, Live Chat, Troubleshooting, Technical Support, and more.

The role operates from 8 AM to 5 PM CET, Saturday through Wednesday.

Responsibilities : Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Gorgias CRM.

Manage Email, Data Analysis, Live Chat, and Troubleshooting tasks.

Address customer queries efficiently and handle backlogs.

Maintain professional and engaging communication with a focus on quality.

Ensure effective use of Gorgias by brands.

Requirements : Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience is required.

Familiarity with Gorgias or similar CRMs is a plus.

Proficiency in English and strong organizational skills.

Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting.

Technical ability, problem-solving skills, and flexibility.

Leadership or management experience is desirable.
