About the Job

We are seeking a technically skilled Google Analytics and Social Media Specialist to lead data-driven digital marketing strategies and optimize performance across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Google Analytics, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, leveraging insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and support the marketing success of various brands. This person will be primarily responsible for managing, growing, and enhancing the company’s presence across key social media platforms, while also supporting other relevant digital channels. Your role includes the hands-on execution, and continuous optimisation of campaigns designed to drive social engagement, increase brand visibility, and support lead generation and remarketing. A key focus of this role is to amplify our brands’, content, services, connect with our audiences, and contribute to commercial performance through content-driven, measurable marketing initiatives.

Objectives of this Role

  • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies, with a focus on Google Analytics to track and optimize performance across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. Optimise targeting, bidding and analyse data to assess campaign performance, user behaviour, and trends, driving continuous optimisation.
  • Collaborate with writers, marketers, and stakeholders to strengthen digital presence through actionable insights.
  • Monitor daily analytics results to adapt and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and KPI achievement.
  • Create and maintain a data-driven content placement calendar to deliver targeted, high-performing campaigns
  • Stay ahead of digital analytics trends, particularly in Google Analytics and related tools, to enhance campaign outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage Google Analytics accounts and all other social media accounts, including setting up goals, funnels, and custom reports to track performance across social media, email, and other digital channels.
  • Analyse consumer behaviour, website traffic, and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to inform marketing strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including ROI, KPIs, and actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative, data-driven growth strategies and campaign enhancements.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and provide data-backed recommendations to maximize efficiency.
  • Stay current on the latest Google Analytics features, integrations, and digital marketing trends to ensure cutting-edge performance.

Requirements:

  • 4 Years of digital marketing experience
  • Proven experience as a Google Analytics Specialist or similar role, with in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including event tracking, conversions, and audience segmentation.
  • Deep knowledge of major social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with social advertising and performance tracking tools
  • Proficiency in related tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and other analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Experience creating and optimising data-driven campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Google Analytics certification (e.g., Google Analytics Individual Qualification) is highly desirable.
