Job summary

Communicate Finance is building a talent pool of Google Ads professionals who thrive on data, strategy and performance in South Africa. You will manage PPC campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube, collaborating with forward-thinking businesses from startups to established brands.

You will optimise campaigns, analyse performance metrics, test new strategies, and scale ad spend for maximum ROI.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of PPC strategy, bidding models, audience targeting, and keyword research.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and optimise for ROI, CPA, and ROAS.
• Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimisation, and reporting.
• Bonus: Experience with Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Looker Studio, or ecommerce advertising.
