Our working ethos is detail-oriented, fast-paced, and highly collaborative. This role is ideal for someone with admin experience and an interest in the tourism sector. Please note that this is not a hotel-related position.

Responsibilities
Accounts Support
  • Assist with creditors’ reconciliations and ensure invoice accuracy
  • Verify invoice details for VAT compliance and against contracted rates
  • Liaise with internal consultants and external suppliers to resolve queries
  • Request missing invoices and supplier statements as required
Operations & Administration
  • Assist with general expense reconciliations for both Accounts and Operations
  • Support the Reservations team with booking and amending accommodation and restaurant reservations
  • Prepare travel documentation for clients as needed
  • Assist with filing, document management, and bookkeeping processes
  • Maintain a well-organised office environment
  • Perform general administrative and accounting duties
  • Good computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office programs
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Some experience with Social Media updating (Instagram & Facebook)
Additional Information
  • This is a full-time, office-based role in Cape Town CBD
  • Own transport is preferable
