To coordinate and manage the efficient day-to-day management and
operations of the Golf Club
- to ensure that the Golf Course is safe, secure and maintained for the
benefit of the members, visitors and estate residents
- to ensure the financial health of the Golf Club
- to advertise and promote the Golf Club and Clubhouse
- to ensure that laws and statutory regulations are adhered
- to ensure Golf Club rules and estate rules are adhered to
- To manage all Members and visitors liaison, complaints, and communications.
Brief Outline of Duties
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly golf course and golf cart bookings and submit a Weekly Bookings report to Golf Committee
- Ensure members and visitors encounter excellent hospitality at all times when receiving service at
- Governs the handicap system
- Responsible for the Pro Shop Retail operation to include buying products, managing inventory levels, markdowns, and promotions
- Responsible for the Pro Shop Retail operation to include inventory counts and cash counts
- Oversees the supervision of the maintenance of golf carts
- Schedules and chairs regular staff meetings focused on customers, operations, revenue growth and cost containment
- Addresses member and visitor complaints and resolves problems immediately, document complaints and solutions in a Complaints register
- Reviews complaints from members and visitors with employees, green keeper, and Clubhouse service provider to develop
- Maintains a close working relationship with the Golf Course Green Keeper and Clubhouse Service provider to ensure an effective and

- Coordinates plans with Clubhouse Service provider for all food and beverage needs, on-course food and beverage needs, banquets, outside events and catering for all golf functions
