Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute strategic GTM projects across Africa.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
  • Optimize networks through financial modeling and planning systems.
  • Analyze distribution flows to meet operational targets.
  • Drive GTM improvements in time, SKU, and DC efficiency.
  • Develop strategies aligned with retail trends.
  • Identify transport network efficiencies and opportunities.
  • Implement tools and performance systems for SSA distributors.
  • Evaluate and improve distributor performance and SLAs.
  • Benchmark and refine commercial processes for efficiency.
  • Lead change management for project implementation.
  • Set goals, monitor progress, and develop team capabilities.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration with HR and Capabilities COE.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Relevant 3 year tertiary qualification (degree)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the FMCG industry
  • Extensive experience in developing GTM strategies across the African continent
  • At least 3 years of experience working with distributors
