Job description
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute strategic GTM projects across Africa.
Manage cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
Optimize networks through financial modeling and planning systems.
Analyze distribution flows to meet operational targets.
Drive GTM improvements in time, SKU, and DC efficiency.
Develop strategies aligned with retail trends.
Identify transport network efficiencies and opportunities.
Implement tools and performance systems for SSA distributors.
Evaluate and improve distributor performance and SLAs.
Benchmark and refine commercial processes for efficiency.
Lead change management for project implementation.
Set goals, monitor progress, and develop team capabilities.
Foster teamwork and collaboration with HR and Capabilities COE.
Qualifications & Experience:
Relevant 3 year tertiary qualification (degree)
Minimum 5 years experience in the FMCG industry
Extensive experience in developing GTM strategies across the African continent
At least 3 years of experience working with distributors
