Drive operational efficiency, compliance, and sustainable cost control for both mobile and fixed plant assets. Oversee CAPEX projects exceeding R50 million, ensuring seamless execution from feasibility to commissioning. Implement world-class reliability practices, including RCM, RCA, condition monitoring, and predictive analytics. Engage with regulators, unions, and OEMs while ensuring full compliance with MHSA, DMR, and SANS codes. Lead shutdowns, emergency maintenance, and cost optimization initiatives.
