Job summary

Huawei Africa Ltd. in Johannesburg seeks an HR professional to manage visa and work permit requests for South Africa and third countries, ensuring accurate applications and timely submission.

You will handle eflow management, stay compliant with HQ requirements, and coordinate with embassies as needed. Base location is Johannesburg, with Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00; diploma or above and 1–2 years’ experience are expected. Strong English communication and attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above.
• 1–2 years of working experience in similar field.

Responsibilities

• Handling South African business visas, and work permit enquiries as well as 3rd country visa enquiries (visa applications from South Africa to other countries).
• Ensure all paperwork including applications for Immigration/embassies are correct. Ensuring visas are applied accurately and completed in a timely manner whilst tracking applications progress.
• Responsible for visa procedures with a focus on case and file management, time, client communication and record-keeping in compliance with professional standards.
• Traveling to embassies to submit applications on behalf of client based on request.
• Manage the Eflow system and ensure to meet the HQ requirement and local compliance
