Responsibilities

• Manage corporate tax accounting and compliance across Africa.
• Review statutory tax returns like Corporate Income Tax, VAT, WHT, and Stamp Duty.
• Oversee quarterly and annual tax provision calculations for US GAAP reporting.
• Support SOX reporting and ensure robust tax control processes.
• Partner with local and central finance teams to strengthen tax-related internal controls.
• Liaise with external tax service providers as needed.
