Job Summary
The Global Site Identification and Feasibility specialist supports the administration of clinical systems and tools used by Development Operations. Works closely with Development Operations teams, study start-up, and CROs to provide key inputs, metrics, and outputs to support the selection of suitable sites for clinical studies.

Essential Functions of the Job

  • Collaborate with clinical study teams to ensure data accuracy in CTMS.
  • Support, under supervision, the end users of clinical systems, including evaluating and recommending issue/enhancement requests.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to identify potential sites meeting study criteria.
  • Assist with feasibility launch activities, including system setup, questionnaire creation, and outreach.
  • Coordinate and support feasibility activities with study teams and stakeholders.
  • Track feasibility responses and report findings to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot issues in the feasibility process.
  • Stay informed about current regulations and industry trends related to site feasibility.
  • Support enrollment forecasting and scenario discussions with stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

  • B.S. in a scientific or allied health field (or equivalent) and 3+ years of experience in clinical trial processes and feasibility/recruitment, or 2+ years in feasibility/recruitment.
  • Experience with trial optimization vendors, tools, and methods.
  • Good understanding of clinical research and drug development concepts.
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects within tight timelines.
  • Proven administrative and project management skills in a CRO, academic, or sponsor environment.
  • Experience in multiple rare disease therapeutic areas.
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
