The Global Regulatory Strategy Specialist supports the development and execution of Solenis' global regulatory strategy by providing regulatory intelligence, driving advocacy initiatives, supporting innovation programs, coordinating industry engagement, and delivering strategic regulatory insights to business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field with regulatory focus.
• Experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, or government affairs.
• Knowledge of global regulations like REACH, CLP/GHS, TSCA, UK REACH.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global regulatory developments affecting Solenis products and markets.
• Develop regulatory analyses and strategic impact assessments for leadership.
• Lead regulatory outlook reports and intelligence publications.
• Support identification of regulatory risks and opportunities for the business.
• Represent Solenis in trade associations and industry groups.
• Partner with Innovation, R&D, and Product Stewardship for regulatory support.
• Maintain regulatory policies, governance frameworks, and knowledge sharing.
