Recruiter (Global Talent Acquisition)

Are you a proactive and results-driven recruiter with a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities? We're looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our team and drive our talent acquisition efforts on a global scale. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  2. Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  3. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
  4. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  5. Manage job postings and ensure job descriptions are accurate and compelling.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and talent pools.
  7. Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  8. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  9. Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  10. Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment laws.
  11. Provide a positive candidate experience and contribute to employer branding efforts.
Qualifications & Skills:
  1. 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
