Job summary

Alstom in Nigel, South Africa, seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive high‑criticality projects from tender to close‑out. You will ensure governance, optimize cash and margin, and align internal and external stakeholders with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Sub-system/Component manager or qualified project manager or manager of an operational scope.
• Experience working with multi-national companies and diverse business cultures.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of high‑criticality projects per contract requirements and customer expectations to optimize cash and margin.
• Accountable for QCDP and EHS in project delivery.
• Protect Alstom legal and contractual rights; seek opportunities with the Customer Director/Platform.
• Lead and coordinate activities across transfer to close‑out, including governance and objective allocation.
