Job summary

Enko Education is seeking a Project Management Intern to support cross‑school programmes GEM, MAPS and LEAP across Africa. You will coordinate recruitment, mentorship and training activities with teachers, school leaders, partners and internal teams in a fast‑moving international environment.

Fluency in English and French, strong organizational skills, and comfort with digital tools are essential as you translate content, track progress and help deliver impact across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• An interest in project management, with some previous experience or a strong willingness to develop these skills.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new software quickly.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage several activities simultaneously.
• An adaptable and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for support.
• An avid learner, curious about new topics, tools and ways of working.
• Good digital and AI literacy, with an interest in exploring how AI can improve workflows and productivity.

Responsibilities

• 1) Support the GEM recruitment cycle, including communications and data tracking.
• 2) Support the MAPS mentorship programme logistics, onboarding and stakeholder communications.
• 3) Support the LEAP training programme launch, onboarding and translation EN→FR.
