Job summary

Enko Education is seeking a Project Management Intern for the Product Team. The role supports three core programmes across Africa: GEM, MAPS and LEAP, coordinating recruitment, mentorship and teacher training activities with a focus on data tracking, logistics and stakeholder communication.

The internship lasts six months, starts January 2027 and offers flexibility across Enko locations, with a preference for Johannesburg, Dakar or Abidjan. Proficiency in English and French is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Interest in project management with willingness to develop these skills.
• Comfortable with digital tools and learning new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support GEM Teacher Recruitment Programme coordination and data tracking.
• Assist MAPS Teacher Mentorship Programme operational coordination and onboarding.
• Contribute to LEAP Teacher Training Programme launch and logistics.
• Coordinate communication among teachers, mentors, schools and the Product Team.
