Job summary

Stanbic Bank Tanzania in Johannesburg seeks an experienced Trade Support professional to execute and oversee investment transactions across fixed income and structured products, ensuring best execution and proper client onboarding.

You will coordinate with Front Office, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to maintain service quality, mitigate operational risk, and drive enhancements through automation and stronger controls.

Qualifications

• First Degree in Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting, or Mathematical Sciences.
• 3–5 years experience in Trade Support and Operations.
• Ability to self-manage and coordinate across teams and stakeholders in business, operations, technology and finance.
• Advanced experience in the Trade Lifecycle of Global Markets across multiple products.
• Understanding of pricing, risk management, and impact on risk, P&L, and value chain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the trade lifecycle, including trade execution, allocation, matching and settlement of Global Markets transactions.
• Provide oversight across the trade lifecycle and resolve exceptions to minimize risk and improve controls.
• Partner with Front Office, Operations, Risk, Compliance and external counterparties to ensure seamless execution and service delivery.
