Amaris Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to deliver Legal and Compliance projects in a fast-growing, international environment. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery while navigating high-pressure contexts.

The role emphasizes both traditional and Agile methodologies, collaboration with senior leadership, and building a strong team culture across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, preferably within Legal, Compliance, or Risk domains.
• Familiarity with both traditional and agile project management tools and frameworks.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects within the Legal and Compliance domain, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Apply traditional and agile project management tools and frameworks to drive project execution.
• Facilitate project planning, stakeholder engagement, and communication across teams.
• Collaborate with Senior and C-suite leadership to ensure project alignment and visibility.
• Build and maintain a healthy, collaborative, and productive team culture.
• Navigate highly pressured and ambiguous environments to achieve project goals.
• Foster interpersonal and relationship-building skills to encourage collaboration.
• Inspire and motivate teams toward common goals and adapt to changing priorities.
