Job summary

Satguru Travels seeks an Internal Auditor to strengthen financial controls across Africa. You will conduct end-to-end financial audits, reconcile accounts, and prepare management reports. The role interfaces with Finance and Operations and reports to the Group CFO.

Relocation to Africa for two years is involved, with travel across the continent. CA-Intermediate or equivalent audit experience is preferred. Ideal candidates hold a commerce degree, possess strong communication skills, and are ready

Qualifications

• CA-Intermediate qualified or audit experience of 3–4 years
• Commerce graduate degree required
• Willingness to travel across Africa
• Passport available and ready for relocation

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures by examining records and documentation
• Perform end-to-end financial audit including AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliations, and payroll
• Prepare final audit reports and discuss findings with management
• Act as interface between Finance and Operations, report to Group CFO
• Ensure monthly closing and presentation of management reports with data analysis
• Assist external auditors in closing books of accounts
• Conduct periodical tax checks in billing software
• Handle branch visits, stock audits, reconciliations, and inter-branch balances
