Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Develop improved payables processes and implement them with approval.
• Post invoices within company guidelines.
• Reconcile work processed by operations departments.
• Verify entries and compare system reports to statements.
• Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting transactions.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable with foreign entities.
• Work with intercompany and agents to resolve disputes.
