KingsleyIrons Recruitment Services CC is seeking an ambitious Accountant to join the finance team in Kempton Park. The role reports to the Finance Manager and supports broader financial accounting, accounts payable, and international reporting for global offices.

Key duties include monthly management accounts, AFS preparation, AP management, bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and maintaining balance sheet allocations. Strong Excel and multinational exposure are valued.

Qualifications

• BCom Accounting degree required.
• Completed SAIPA/SAICA articles or 3 years accounting experience.
• Experience in creditors/accounts payable.
• Multinational environment experience beneficial.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Assist with monthly management accounts and month-end processes.
• Assist with compilation of Annual Financial Statements in line with applicable accounting standards.
• Perform detailed accounts payable reconciliations, ensuring accuracy of supplier balances.
• Vet supplier invoices and supporting documentation for compliance with internal controls and VAT.
• Oversee the full AP process, including allocations and supplier query resolution.
• Process bank transactions and perform regular bank reconciliations.
• Support trial balance preparation, account balance reviews and reconciliations.
• Assist with cash flow monitoring, allocations and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain balance sheet and P&L allocations.
• Support international reporting requirements, including reporting to global offices.
• Maintain and improve Excel-based systems, including automation and AI-assisted tools.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues through detailed review and analysis.

A leading international freight and logistics company, based in Kempton Park is seeking an ambitious Accountant to join their finance team. The role will report to the Finance Manager, and will support broader financial accounting, accounts payable and international reporting requirements, including reporting to global offices.

Minimum Requirements
