DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner in Johannesburg, South Africa. The role focuses on delivering an elite HR service, driving HR strategy, and advising on people aspects of business plans.

You will partner with senior leaders to enhance capability and align HR with business priorities. Key responsibilities include resourcing strategy, leadership coaching, engagement initiatives, policy development, and change management to support growth and performance across the MEA

Qualifications

• Strong HR Business Partnering experience across various management levels.
• Must have Matric; University degree (preferably Postgraduate Diploma / MBA).
• Minimum 5 years of leadership and management experience in managing an entire function and teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-in-class HR service to the business.
• Drive implementation of HR strategy and priorities across the business.
• Provide advice on people aspects of business plans and input on people and organizational issues.
• Ensure HR activities support strategic business priorities.
