Global HR Services Partner - Spanish, Portuguese OR Mandarin Speaker

Are you fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, or Mandarin and passionate about global HR operations? We're seeking a multilingual HR Partner to join our high-performing team based in Johannesburg. This role requires fluency in one of these languages due to the international scope and cross-border support.

As part of a global HR team, you'll provide end-to-end HR support to teams across multiple countries. This role involves more than administrative tasks; you'll be a key player in delivering exceptional employee experiences and supporting a dynamic, international business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive onboarding, offboarding, and intercompany transfer processes
• Prepare contracts, amendments, and termination documents for various jurisdictions
• Ensure all employee lifecycle data is accurately captured in Workday
• Manage employee e-files, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with payroll deadlines
• Collaborate with stakeholders globally, ensuring compliance and smooth HR service delivery
• Utilize your language skills daily to communicate with employees, managers, and HR teams across regions
• Continuously seek ways to improve HR processes and tools

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or Mandarin is essential (non-negotiable)
• High attention to detail
• 5+ years' experience in HR administration within a multi-country HR team
• Strong communication skills in English
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global corporate environment
